Hello Dear Friends of Earth & Soul, 

We are now in the midst of our May retreats and events and are delighted to be with many of you in person. I am writing to you from Holy Wisdom Monastery in Wisconsin with a full and grateful heart. A beautiful and open-hearted group has been gathered the past three days focusing on teachings and spiritual practice from The Great Search. A time of listening deeply to the wisdom of Earth and the wisdom we each carry deep in our own soul, sharing with one another in times of sacred listening, and being present in meditative awareness and prayers of compassion. What a gift to be together in community.

Earth & Soul’s remaining May events are listed below including a livestream event tomorrow, Wednesday, May 7, hosted by Christ Church Cathedral in Fredericton, NB which is available to all at no cost. Please see details below to join the livestream. Also listed below are John Philip’s upcoming events in the UK, Denmark and Sweden. Registrations are opening for October retreats and events and we would love to have you join us in person for these as well as any of our growing list of 2025 and 2026 retreats, pilgrimages and events which are listed on our Events Page.

Our final ritual together at the three-day retreats is always a time of anointing which includes these words:

In body, mind and spirit may you be well this day. 
And may you be strong for the work of healing in the world.

Take time to pause with your hand on your heart and hear these words spoken into your being especially over this next month. How can you care for yourself in body, mind and spirit? And how are you being called to be part of the collective work of healing in the world? 

We are grateful you are part of the Earth & Soul community and that we can do the work of healing in the world together with you.
