Recent Awards for John Philip Newell, “Sacred Earth Sacred Soul”

John Philip Newell recently received the Sacred Universe Award from The Well Spirituality Center in Chicago, Illinois. First awarded to Thomas Berry in 1993, the award recognizes leaders in the field whose work and life foster mutually-enhancing Human-Earth relationships.

Sacred Earth Sacred Soul, John Philip’s most recent publication, was also named the 2022 Gold Winner of the Nautilus Book Award for Spirituality and the Religious Thought of the West.
